The LS BSD2 de liner is designed to quickly and efficiently remove old brake lining from heavy duty cores. The BSD2 mandrels can accept a large variety of standard and custom built inserts making it the most flexible de liner on the market. The heavy duty, direct drive design is designed to give years of trouble free service.

Direct Drive:
The BSD-2 is a dual mandrel de liner with independent controls, cutting blades and direct drive cylinders.

Flexibility:
The BSD-2 is very flexible. Both the left and right mandrels are identical which allows you to run the same insert on either side of the de liner Example: If you are de lining only Timken shoes, you can order two Timken inserts and double the capacity quickly without having to purchase a second machine. (left and right mandrel have independent controls) Special inserts can be ordered to de line other brake shoes upon request. A sample shoe may be required.
