The paint line usually consists of engineered conveyor systems, a drying oven, a shot blaster, an automatic or manual paint system and a curing oven. Paint storage and mixing areas would also be included. Material handling systems will move the parts through the various elements and can all be controlled with PLC and work sensing. These systems can be integrated to your manufacturing line in part or as a whole.
