Pipe Thread Blaster
Clean pipe, bar, billet and tube.
System available to blast the internal or external threads, 6-8”
of the pipe end for burr removal.
Blast unit designed to blast pipe, 4-16” diameter sections.
Blast nozzle and lance will move pneumatically along the pipe being blasted.
External blaster unit has a changeable “shroud” beyond the nozzle to protect pipe beyond the area being blasted.
Abrasives are propelled by air and uses a double
chamber pressure pot.
Shot is returned to pressure pot by an inclined auger system.
Cabinet fabrication is welded mild steel with cast chrome liner in area of direct abrasive impact.
Conveyor systems is automated for feeding pipe in to blast
chamber and revolves pipe while blasting.
