Service Agreements:
Service agreements are intended to cover a “fee service” Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for the
period of one (1) year, other than warranty related work.
Under the terms of this Agreement, LS Industries will
supply a fully trained Service Technician to completely
inspect, complete and or assist with maintenance/repair
of the equipment located in your plant in accordance with
our Rate Schedule.
Time (work and travel) and transportation expenses will
be charged in accordance with the Rate Schedule from
Wichita, Kansas 67214. Travel charges will be pro-rated
with other service calls whenever possible.
A complete Inspection and Service Report will be presented
to you after each visit. Service Agreements and Rate Schedule
will be discussed as requested.
